Our 4th family trip to beautiful Barbados! We arrived to a very warm welcome at Alila thanks to Francia, Javon, Barbara, and Jalecia. We have been very well looked after by the whole team. Javon’s cooking was top notch! Francia always has a smile and is willing to do anything for you. Barbara provided a fantastic laundry service and smiles.

The villa is very spacious. Fantastic pool and lovely bedrooms and bathrooms.

The daily visit from the monkeys provided entertainment.

We also enjoyed access to the Sandy Lane beach club. Thanks!

Thank you for making our trip so special – the house is beautiful and all the staff do such a good job taking care of it.

Javon – you prepared amazing restaurant quality meals for us – so delicious.

Francia – you were our glue – kept us on track, planned for our day and always brought a cheerful smile and personality to our days.

We loved the Sandy Lane beach club but most of all enjoyed our time sitting at Alila.

We had a fantastic week at Alila villa!! And our time here wouldn’t have been the same without Javon, Francia, Jalecia, and Barbara. They all were amazing, super friendly and made our stay much more relaxing and care free.

How nice it was to never have to look for a dry/clean pool towel, or to find an air-conditioned room waiting to cool us off! Nightly turn-down service and a spotless villa spoiled us all week!

Francia went above and beyond for us all week! From calling ahead to the beach club to reserve beach chairs for us, to going out of her way to go buy coconuts and sugar cane for our girls!

And what can we say about the chef?! His cooking was outstanding from meal #1 and we easily executed each request that we had flawlessly. I wish he could come and cook for me back home!

We are looking forward to staying here again in March 2024 and truly hope that the staff will be here again!

So sad to be leaving such a fantastic island and villa!

So relaxing and every need is catered for. From delicious food from Javon, housekeeping and more from Francia & Jalecia, and Barbara minimising my laundry back home.

It has truly been a home from home. Totally relaxing, a perfect place for 2 girls to revise for exams and have some fun.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Alila. The hospitality was amazing. Each meal prepared by Chef Javon was exquisite and made with love. Francia and the staff catered to our every need with a kind smile and sweet heart. Thanks Again.

Alila is fabulous! The villa itself is amazing but our holiday was made even more enjoyable by the lovely staff who looked after us so well! Javon made us delicious breakfasts every morning and the evening meals we had were also excellent. Francia, Jalecia, and Barbara did a fantastic job, fresh clean towels for the pool are always plentiful and Barbara’s ironing and laundry skills must be legendary!

Alila has truly become home for the last 10 days and we will miss all of you on our return home.

This was the best vacation ever❤️. The amazing, wonderful, caring staff made the whole vacation. The chef was amazing❤️. The best food we have ever eaten!! 😁 And he was amazing with all of our food allergies, and made us feel very safe with no reactions (celiac, shellfish, goats milk). 

Francia was the soul of the house with her joy and infectious laugh that could brighten the room. 

And we loved the laundry service, so handy to take home all clean clothes.

This is paradise❤️. We would love to come back. I will miss them all and the island. We absolutely loved our stay here!! The villa is breathtaking!! We all absolutely enjoyed every inch and every moment of it!! But the greatest gifts this place had to offer were the hospitality and food!! We can’t thank Javon enough for the amazing food he made!! Javon is an absolutely amazing talented chef!! We are all blessed to have met Javon and Francia!!! We will always cherish the great conversations and the many laughs!! Thank you to the whole staff for making this one in a lifetime vacation so memorable!!! Thank you! Thank you!

Alila is a well designed, well equipped and very stylish villa. All the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage. The living space is comfortable and spacious and the staff are delightful. They are extremely helpful, polite and engaging. 

We really enjoy being able to use the facilities at the Sandy Lane Beach Club.

We would definitely go back.

We have loved our stay at Villa Alila on the Sandy Lane Estate. We chose this to celebrate my 60th birthday with family and I wasn’t disappointed! The staff here have gone out of their way to make everything really special. Cheryl cooked us some wonderful meals, Jo always made sure we had everything we needed. Janice was an amazing laundress and Jalesia kept us very tidy! The area is amazing and we will definitely be back to see more. Once is definitely not enough!

Our stay at “Alila” has been fantastic! The villa itself is simply stunning. We have loved sunset drinks in the cabana. The bedrooms are beautiful and everywhere so well equipped. The staff made our stay super special. Massive thanks to the whole team. Chef Cheryl made top restaurant quality meals with fabulous presentation. She really is the best! Jo was superb in helping us out with any questions and her service was faultless- loved our chats and so friendly! The rest of the team was superb in providing everything we needed- discreet but very efficient service all round! It is so nice to be going home with minimal washing to too! – Great laundry service, adding to a wonderful holiday!

We went to QP Bistro- great fun for an entertaining Sunday lunch. Seashed was a hit with the younger ones. Lone Star had wonderful ambience and the best food was at Paul Owens.

I hope this won’t be our only holiday here! We have loved it!
