An inviting Barbados luxury villa located in the Sugar Hill Resort Community, Half Century House commands a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. On the interior, tasteful, neutral tones interplay with the cool coral stone finishes to create an air of simple refinement with a Caribbean twist.
On the ground floor, the porte-cochère ushers you into a welcoming foyer, from which an elegant staircase ascends to the first floor, where the spacious bedroom suites are located. The comfortable master suite opens onto a private terrace, where magnificent views over the pool and gardens to the sea beyond can be savoured.
The ground floor comprises a modern, well-equipped kitchen, powder room and a sunken living room opening out to a generous covered terrace which flows onto the pool deck. From here, balustraded coral stone steps lead down into the beautifully maintained tropical garden.
For guests or older children who prefer to have their own private space, the self-contained cottage, located just off the pool deck, provides comfortable accommodation. Half Century House is ideally positioned within a minute's walk of the clubhouse. In addition, guests will enjoy access to the resort's wide range of on-site amenities, which also includes floodlit tennis courts, communal pool, fitness facility and 24-hour security.
All Guests staying at Half Century House will be granted beach access membership to the "Fairmont Royal Pavilion". Additionally, guests at Half Century House will have access to the Royal Westmoreland world-class championship Golf course which is a few minutes drive away. Green Fees cost available on request.
